My experience was horrible. I received a email saying my mother’s birthday flowers was delivered but she received nothing! I was watching the ring for 3 hours after I initially called to confirmed the delivery for today after which the lady told me it would be out by 3pm. It is now 5:50pm. To receive a confirmation email stating it’s delivered and the business phone number is saying no longer in service is hurtful to say the least.
