As you know, on the first delivery, the poinsettia was an absolute disgrace. The stems were broken, the leaves were old, and there were sticks jammed into the dirt. However, when I called to complain, Jay was very nice and sent another plant the next day which was absolutely beautiful. It was full and fresh. So, in summary, although the initial experience was very bad and embarrassing, the end result was most satisfactory. If they can get the order right the first time, I highly recommend them.
My daughter and family loved both floral sends. The Orchid is beautiful and The Williamsburg Christmas floral display is very beautiful, as well.
